<p>The "Apicoltura Galli" Oro in Bocca multi-flower Umbrian honey has a normally sweet, fresh, vegetable and spicy flavor with an aroma of chamomile, propolis, dried flowers, magnolia flowers, aromatic herbs, rubbed flowers, of cloves. Not very persistent, it goes perfectly with milk for breakfast but at the same time inebriates with its presence in tea and in herbal teas, it enhances the spiciness of a medium-aged pecorino creating an interesting contrast that enhances its body.</p>

<p><strong>ORIGIN:</strong> Apicoltura Galli founded and directed by Enrico and Luca Galli, is located in the historic center of Corciano, 15 km from Perugia, the provincial capital. The Galli family has been involved in beekeeping since 1965, first as a hobby and then over time consolidating itself as a real business. The constant passion for the production of honey and an ever greater attention to the product, has transformed the business over the years into an established Umbrian reality. The interest in nature and in the world of the "beehive" has made the production highly appreciated in the Italian territory.</p>
<p><strong>STORAGE METHOD:</strong> At room temperature, away from from sources of heat, light and humidity. Expiration date 18 months after packaging. Honey, once opened, can be stored outside the refrigerator at a temperature not exceeding 20° and away from light. The high sugar content naturally present in this product prevents bacterial multiplication and the deterioration process.</p>
<p><strong>RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:</strong> Ideal in the classic breakfast on slices biscuits, excellent to combine with cheeses.</p>
