Cetarese Pesto with Colatura di Alici in EVO oil is a unique recipe, born from the skilful combination of simple and genuine ingredients. On a base of anchovies and Colatura, true symbols of the Cetara tradition, almonds, pine nuts, black and green olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, basil, oregano, hot pepper and salt are added, to give life to a product unique and original, to be enjoyed on bruschetta and croutons or to flavor an excellent dish of pasta al dente.
