The Brunello di Montalcino "Vigna Loreto" comes from the bunches of a red grape variety which, especially in Tuscany, manages to express itself on sublime qualitative levels, Sangiovese. The grapes of this variety are carefully selected during the harvest by the Mastrojanni winery team, so as to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin.

Process: The grapes , once they arrive in the premises used for winemaking, they ferment alcoholicly. We then proceed with the aging phase, in which the wine remains for 36 months to rest in Allier oak barrels; after bottling, a further period of maturation takes place, which lasts in glass for 8 months.

Characteristics: The "Vigna Loreto" is a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG which, in the glass, it takes on deep and compact contours, which recall the color of ruby. The range of perfumes that envelops the nose is assembled on mainly fruity notes, embellished with light touches of sweet spices. On the palate it has an excellent structure, full-bodied and energetic, with a muscular sip that hits the palate without lingering too much, however proving to be very pleasant thanks to the velvety tannic texture.

Pairings: Perfect to accompany pork shank with juniper berries, like all great reds it is also excellent sipped alone, as a meditation wine.

SIZE / WEIGHT: 0,75 l bottles

ORIGIN: Tuscany.

GRAPES: 100% Sangiovese.

ALCOHOL: 14% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 12/18°C.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

PRODUCER: Poderi Loreto and San Pio - Castelnuovo dell'Abate Montalcino (Siena).

Cantine Mastrojanni

Since 1975, Mastrojanni has written history with his wines, collecting awards all over the world. And in those years, very few began a winemaking adventure in Montalcino. Today, thanks to an exceptional terroir and to men who have believed in it for decades, Mastrojanni is one of the most respected Brunello di Montalcino companies by connoisseurs. These places have been sparsely populated and little cultivated throughout the history of humanity: the earth is therefore virgin, clean, free of any pollutant that, at the hands of man, could have defaced it. In this land, in 1975, the lawyer Gabriele Mastrojanni bought the San Pio and Loreto farms and decided to plant the first vineyards which still partly produce our wines today. Others, before him, starting with the pioneer Biondi-Santi, had had the same experience and the area had clearly answered that the best vine for these lands is Sangiovese Grosso. Mastrojanni, wanting to make a great Brunello, planted almost exclusively Sangiovese. In those same years Maurizio Castelli, still our oenologist today, became the company's reference consultant. The Mastrojanni family, who lived in Rome and came to Montalcino occasionally, decided to put their trust in Andrea Machetti who offered to follow the evolution of the company full-time. Andrea started in 1992 and his passionate work allowed Mastrojanni to grow abroad and in production, perhaps beyond the initial dream of being a lawyer. Today a point of reference for the company and the Illy group. Andrea Machetti in 1992 took over the reins of the company to transform it into one of the most respected producers of Montalcino. Of few words, he now knows deeply every vine in the company, Andrea is always there, following every single detail and knows that this is the only way to make a great wine: to be at his service. Maurizio Castelli, world-renowned oenologist for his great wines, is like Andrea and like all of us an "anti-interventionist": he tries to let the wine make its own evolution, dictated by his nature. But it is clear that a winemaker is like a doctor, and he must understand when there is a problem and know how to cure it. His trick, like that of the best doctors, is "prevention". That is, working in advance, through careful and continuous presence in the company and systematic checks to preserve the wine. Thanks to the approach given by Andrea and Maurizio, Mastrojanni's wines continue to be an excellence of the Montalcino area.

The Toscana Rosso Il Pareto comes from the vineyards of the historic Tenuta di Nozzole farm, in the Florentine municipality of Greve in Chianti. The ancient Nozzole farm dates back to around 1300 and has always been famous for the production of excellent quality wines.

Process: Produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, aging in steel for the first 2 months, then toasted French oak barrels of 225 liters with turnover. Aging in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months, it becomes a dry, persistent, elegant wine with soft and widespread tannins. Il Pareto is the company's cru, a great undertaking and a successful bet for Cabernet Sauvignon in Chianti. It is produced only in the best years.

Characteristics: Intense ruby red colour. Its scent is harmonious and spicy, with hints of wild berries. In the mouth it is powerful and deep, dense and intense with rare tannins. Pairings: It goes well with meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses.

SIZE / WEIGHT: Bottles of 0,75 l.

ORIGIN: Tuscany.

GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

ALCOHOL: 14% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 12/18°C.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool and far away place from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contie nor sulphites.

PRODUCER: Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari Tenute sarl - Location Passo dei Pecorai Greve in Chianti (FI).

Tenuta di Nozzole

Greve in Chianti is the northernmost Chianti Classico sub-area on the border with Florence. Crossed from north to south by the river Greve, one of the three rivers of the Chianti Classico, it is characterized by soils rich in clay and marl and a continental climate. These pedoclimatic aspects characterize the production of Chianti Classico of the Tenuta di Nozzole in power and elegance. Sangiovese is the absolute protagonist of the Nozzole Estate, where, in a unique ecosystem of Mediterranean maquis, it expresses all its potential. Used alone in the vintage, reserve and grand selection versions, it is aged in small toasted wood and in large seasoned oak barrels, a symbol of the Tuscan tradition, depending on the wine project. The Sangiovese is flanked by a Chardonnay vineyard called Le Bruniche where the estate's white is produced and two historic Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards for the production of the Supertuscan Il Pareto. A farm dating back to 1300 with 385 hectares of land, of which about 90 are specialized vineyards and 15 are olive groves, was purchased by the Folonari family in 1971. The Villa di Nozzole is located at the top of the hill which rises from 150 meters to about 300 meters above sea level sea level. The large barrique cellar and the vault of the historical vintages are two architectural exclusivity of the estate which offers the possibility of guided tours and tastings of all the wines of the Folonari estates.

In the 1970s and 1980s, some ambitious winemakers began to shy away from the strict rules of Chianti Classico. Their dissatisfaction with the mediocrity of the contemporary Tuscan wine scene has unleashed a wave of creativity and experimentation with high quality grapes, clones and winemaking techniques. Querciabella was born in this specific context and Camartina not only laid the foundations for the high quality vinification of the company brand, but also started its rise to success. The flagship of Querciabella, it is one of the few historical wines, collectively known as Super Tuscans, which have considerably elevated the position and prestige of Italian wine production on the world stage.

Features: The color is an elegant, intense ruby red. The perfume exudes rich aromas of black and red berries including black cherries, blueberries, ripe plums and tamarind. Notes of ivy, undergrowth and freshly cut bark intertwine with hints of leather, sweet tobacco and licorice. The taste recalls pronounced flavors of ripe black fruit enriched with nutmeg and sweet spices.

Pairings: To be combined with substantial dishes such as red meat in stews, pasta, meat sauce, roasted and grilled meat, game.

Vineyards

The vineyards where the grapes for Camartina grow are all located in the immediate near the Ruffoli winery, on the hill of Greve in Chianti. With its marl soils and southern exposure, the Casaocci Sud vineyard offers the ideal environment for textbook Cabernet Sauvignon, here refined by lighter and more elevated notes. On a cooler slope, Poggerino's denser, clay-rich soils typically provide the structural backbone of the Cabernet, as well as the intensity and depth needed for successful aging. Sangiovese grows in selected vineyard blocks ranging from 350 m to 600 m asl with variable orientation, from south to south-west. At lower altitudes, marl and clayey soils give elegance to the wines while higher up the sandstones become prevalent, giving the Sangiovese a juicier vitality. Camartina is produced only in optimal vintages, while micro-vinification in small batches and extremely limited bottling guarantee artisanal excellence. A delicate but precise management of the fermentation in the French oak fermenters allows a beautiful integration of the tannins and the development of the structure. After the malolactic fermentation, the two cépages are aged separately for about 18 months in French oak barrels, up to 20% new, before selecting the best lots for the final blend. The wine comes out no earlier than 30 months after the harvest and, thanks to its longevity, is sure to be a contender for the best cellars.

SIZE / WEIGHT: 0,75 l bottles

ORIGIN: Tuscany.

GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Sangiovese 30%.

ALCOHOL: 14% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 12/18°C.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites

PRODUCER: Società Agricola Querciabella SpA - Greve in Chianti (FI).

Agricola Querciabella

Giuseppe (Pepito) Castiglioni, industrial entrepreneur and lifelong wine lover, bought a single hectare of vineyard on a Tuscan hill and set about creating an estate that would soon encompass the breadth of the region. He dreamed of producing elegant and rich wines, obtained not only from native Sangiovese grapes, but also from those of his beloved Bordeaux and Burgundy. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, just to name a few. Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni, Pepito's son, full-fledged investor and entrepreneur, converted the company to organic viticulture in 1988, making Querciabella one of the first wineries in Italy to make use of this practice. Under his leadership, Querciabella became known as one of Italy's best and most innovative winemakers in the early 20th century. Sebastiano's passion for animal rights and environmental protection has taken organic to Querciabella one step further. In 2000 Sebastiano introduced a 100% plant-based approach to biodynamics which prohibits the use of animal products in our vineyards or cellars. Querciabella was once again an innovator in the industry and an inspiration to the region. Today that single hectare in Tuscany is only a small part of the more than 100 hectares of Querciabella vineyards. And in these lively vineyards - flanked by n n the Chianti Classico region by oak woods and rolling hills, and in Maremma by the rugged beauty of an unspoilt Tuscan coast - all the grape varieties Pepito dreamed of now thrive in the rich, biodynamic soil that has become the most important ingredient in the award-winning recipes of Querciabella.

Among the participants in the deed of incorporation there are personalities who have left a mark in the events of Alba and the municipalities of the Langa and many small producers in the area. The first harvest is that of 1905. Difficult years follow, characterized by an uncertain general economic trend, aggravated by the First World War. In 1922, when the renewal of the Cantina Sociale expired, many members decided not to give their grapes anymore. The vintage, while exceptional, was not abundant. The winery begins to have serious economic problems and is placed in liquidation. At this juncture, the young Alfredo Prunotto met and married Luigina, with whom he decided to take over the "Ai Vini delle Langhe" cooperative winery, giving it his own name. The winery, thanks to the passion of the two spouses, soon became famous and began exporting Barolo and Barbaresco all over the world: first in South America and later in the United States, whose markets opened in those years. Prunotto is one of the few companies to believe in that economic perspective. In 1956, Alfredo Prunotto decided to retire from the business, handing over the company to his wine technician friend Beppe Colla, supported by Carlo Filiberti and later by his brother Tino Colla. Prunotto, in 1961, began to identify particularly valuable typical production areas for the separate vinification of the Crus, such as Barolo Bussia and Barbera d'Alba Pian Romualdo. In 1972, Ugo della Piana, an architect originally from the Langhe, designed the new cellar, which was to be built near Alba where the company's headquarters are still located today. In 1989, the Antinori family began its collaboration with the Prunotto company, initially dealing with distribution and then, in 1994, with the withdrawal of the Colla brothers, also directly with production, maintaining the excellent quality level strongly desired by Alfredo Prunotto. The production philosophy, attentive to every detail, and the great passion for wine, immediately united Prunotto with the Antinori family who, in this area, met a new challenge, a new terroir where to express the great territoriality of native and non-native vines. This project materialized in 1990, when Albiera Antinori, the eldest daughter of the Marquis Piero Antinori, further outlined the personality of the winery, paying particular attention to the vineyards, first among which: the Bussia vineyard, one of the most renowned in the Barolo area , the Costamiòle vineyard in Agliano, for the production of Nizza, and land in Calliano for the study and analysis of new vines such as Albarossa and Syrah. The company carries out studies, researches and performs sp experiments on the vineyards, without adopting a pre-established formula, with particular attention paid to sustainable agriculture and manual processing. Every year, every harvest, the ways and times are evaluated for the best care and management of the vineyard and the production of each individual wine, respecting its characteristics and enhancing its potential.

A gem! The appellation Coteaux Champenois concerns still red (white and rosé) wines from the entire Champagne area. They have been outclassed by the notoriety of Champagne throughout history, but they reserve pleasant surprises for those who love this territory. A great soldier who shone during the American War of Independence, he inherited from his family a large property in the Aÿ area. He immediately sensed the extraordinary potential of Champagne wines, but as an aristocrat he was forbidden to engage in commerce. He then met Joseph Bollinger, a well-traveled German who had left his home country to learn about the Champagne wine trade, and Paul Renaudin, a local man who was fascinated by the world of wine. The company Renaudin-Bollinger & Cie was founded on February 6, 1829. Giuseppe takes care of the sales and Paolo of the cellar. Athanase had founded a champagne house that would last through the ages. Joseph Bollinger married Louise-Charlotte, daughter of Athanase, in 1837. In time their sons, Joseph and then Georges, took over the business. From the phylloxera crisis to the turmoil of the Great War, they would face some of the House's greatest challenges. Under the guidance of the two Bollinger brothers, however, it acquired great notoriety and considerably expanded its vineyards. In 1920 Jacques Bollinger, son of Georges, found himself at the helm of the House: a heavy burden for a 24-year-old. He faced the challenge courageously, helped by his cousins Pierre and then Yves Moret de Rocheprise; for Bollinger's strength also lies in his powerful family ties. Sophisticated, cultured and fluent in English, Jacques increased Bollinger's prominence across the Channel. When Scotsman Elizabeth Bollinger (née Law de Lauriston-Boubers) married Jacques in 1923, she too would be passionately involved in the House's fate. She was only 42 when she lost her husband at the height of the war. Without hesitation and with great dignity she stepped in to take the baton. "Madame Jacques", as she was nicknamed within the House, threw herself wholeheartedly into her new role. During her many foreign trips her natural grace and charm worked wonders. Cheerful and witty, Madame Bollinger was nonetheless a formidable strategist. She was a fearless entrepreneur, she was also very perfectionist and tolerated nothing short of excellence, she was always ready to innovate and was the driving force behind the highly original Bollinger RD cuvée. With her usual common sense, Madame Bollinger gathered around to him the members of the family who most knew how to follow in his footsteps. She first taught Claude d'Hautefeuille, her niece's husband, the ins and outs of the house. In 1950 he became Director and launched an ambitious modernization program in compliance with Bollinger's quality requirements. Madame Bollinger made him President in 1971, but she remained closely involved until her death six years later. Madame Bollinger's nephew Christian Bizot took over from Claude in 1978. A great traveller, like before him his aunt Lily made a point of meeting with sommeliers, restaurateurs and wine merchants to promote the wines of the Maison. A great president, he was known for his outspokenness and informality. In 1994 it was the great-grandson of the founder Joseph Bollinger who became head of the House. After starting his career in Chile, Ghislain de Montgolfier has continued to develop the Maison with the pursuit of excellence as his guiding light. He continues to maintain a policy of voluntarily limiting the quantities produced to increase quality, while remaining true to the Bollinger spirit. A tireless worker, Ghislain has a great sense of humor and combines scientific rigor with an enthusiasm for success. In 2007 his technical expertise led him to be elected head of the Council of the Union des Maisons de Champagne and co-president of the Comité interprofessionnel du vin de Champagne. In 2008, a new, unfamiliar President was appointed. This was Jérôme Philipon, a Champagne native who has built an impressive career with large industrial groups. It is the first time in Bollinger's history that his future has been entrusted to someone outside the family. Together with his family, Jérôme Philipon has continued to develop Bollinger Champagne and ensure that his principles and values are respected. In 2017 Charles-Armand de Belenet became CEO of Champagne Bollinger. With him, Bollinger continues to preserve its artisan tradition by incorporating the best of innovative technologies, to pursue a future of commercial development and quality for the brand.

Antimo, Fabivs de' Vecchis. Upon the Bishop's death, the Palace was put up for auction together with the vast agricultural properties following the Italian law on the assets of the Ecclesiastical Axis and purchased on 16 September 1868 by the Countess Eva Bernini Cerretani. On 31 December 1877, Countess Cerretani in turn sold the entire estate to the Castelnuovese dei Ciacci family. Following the marriage that took place in the first half of the 1900s between Count Alberto Piccolomini of Aragon, descendant of the lineage of Enea Silvio Piccolomini known as Pope Pius II, and Miss Elda Ciacci, the so-called Palazzo del Vescovo became Palazzo Ciacci Piccolomini d' Aragon. In 1985, with the extinction of the family, the property was bequeathed to Giuseppe Bianchini, already factor of the estate for many years now, who applied a totally new and avant-garde production philosophy for those years, developing and increasing production, quality of the wines and opening the export of our products in the world. And in these vibrant vineyards – flanked in the Chianti Classico region by oak groves and rolling hills, and in the Maremma by the rugged beauty of an unspoilt Tuscan coast – all the grape varieties Pepito dreamed of now thrive in the rich, biodynamic soil that has become the most important ingredient in Querciabella's award-winning recipes.

History of borders changed several times, empires disappeared, past wars. of people who stopped here. It is the story of a man who went through two world wars, lived first in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and then in the young Kingdom of Italy, lived on the rocky coast of the Istrian peninsula and in the lagoon Grado. Livio Felluga moved to Friuli in the late 1930s, to settle on the gentle foothills of the Rosazzo hills. His dream of producing hill wine was interrupted by his call to the front. As if that weren't enough, the return to Italy was not easy for the veterans of the Second World War: the physical, political and ethnic borders had changed, distorted forever, like the agricultural and social landscape of the hill itself. The peasant population was leaving, further impoverishing the land and abandoning the crops, values and traditions associated with it. Livio Felluga had to undertake a new battle to resurrect the hill, convinced that only the rebirth of quality cultivation could bring life back to the Friuli countryside. With great courage he began to restore the ancient vineyards of Rosazzo and plant new ones, introducing innovative ideas and methods. Hard work, undertaken with great stubbornness and passion which over the years will lead him to create one of the most beautiful and significant companies in the Belpaese, acquiring the rightful title of re-founder of the Friulian winemaking tradition and reference actor of the Italian wine renaissance .

Krug Rosé is inspired by the dream of the fifth generation of the Krug family to produce a rosé Champagne that has never existed before and which reinvents itself every year, revealing a new face. All editions of Krug Rosé perpetuate this tradition.

Blend: Krug Rosé fascinates, as it replaces a good red wine with a touch of panache at the table. This Champagne is a delicate blend of vintage wines and reserve wines selected from the Maison's extensive collection, completed by the traditionally macerated Pinot Noir which brings body and spicy notes. The rest of about seven years in the Krug cellars gives Krug Rosé refined character and elegance.

The Harvest: The 24th edition of Krug Rosé was created starting from the 2012 harvest , a splendid year but with a limited harvest due to a series of meteorological events. During the winter and spring of 2012, the Champagne vineyards suffered from frost, rain and thunderstorms, only to face the driest ripening season since 1974 and this led to a 20% drop in grape production. Every year, to recreate the idea of the fifth generation of Maison Krug to compose an unexpected, bold and elegant Rosé Champagne, the Maison begins with the selection of wines of the year and of previous vintages which together can release all possible expressions of fruit . This composition then embraces a traditionally macerated red Pinot Noir, which brings spicy notes, color and structure.

Overall, the reserve wines of the extensive collection of the Maison make up 71% of the final blend of this edition of Krug Rosé. Krug Rosé is the most nonconformist of the Maison's Champagnes, designed for daring gastronomic adventures. Thanks to the unique combination of breadth, depth and grace, it harmonizes perfectly with dishes with a strong flavor, replacing excellent red wines with its vivacity.

Pairings: Perfect with foie gras, lamb, white meats, game, venison or spicy dishes.

Taste and smell: This Champagne has an incredibly delicate pink colour, a promise of elegance. The nose opens up aromas of rose hips, cured ham, blackberries, red currants, peony, pepper and pink grapefruit. On the palate it offers delicate notes of honey, citrus and dried fruit with a persistent finish, enlivened by a very fine bubble.

SIZE / WEIGHT: Bottles of 0,75 l

ORIGIN: France.

GRAPES: 40% Pinot Noir, 32% Pinot Meunier, 28% Chardonnay.

ALCOHOL: 12,5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 10/12°.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

PRODUCER: Maison Krug - Reims, France

She was a cultured young woman from a Norman merchant family; he is a masterful winegrower and botanist. A year after their marriage, in 1811 they founded the Maison Perrier-Jouët: born from their desire to create a different Champagne House. The founders' passion for art, nature and champagne has been handed down from generation to generation. Their son Charles Perrier, a botanist like his father, took over the Maison in 1848. The family philosophy of creative freedom and unconventional observation of nature is intrinsic to the history of champagne. These values still shape the Maison Perrier-Jouët today. Cuvée Belle époque A unique heritage Art Nouveau, inspired by the graceful and sinuous forms of nature, flourished throughout Europe in the late 19th century. The movement's exuberance and creative freedom paved the way for 20th-century avant-garde art. The ethos of Art Nouveau was to reinvent nature to re-enchant the everyday. The affinity of the Maison Perrier-Jouët with the Art Nouveau movement is best expressed by the emblematic anemone motif illustrated for the Maison in 1902 by Emile Gallé. Today, the Maison's lasting connection to art and nature translates into an extravagant universe that reinvents luxury as a meaningful experience with artistic collaborations.

The "Grand Vintage" Rosé is a Champagne Brut, one of the best known and most prestigious labels in the Moet Chandon line. It is only produced in the Millesimato version, when the chef de cave, Benoit Gouez, selects the cuvée of a famous vintage with great experience and decides to make it sparkling. It comes from a selection of the three typical vines of the area: Pinot Noir in greater percentage, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 20% of the Pinot Noir is vinified in red and added at a later stage to give it that alluring, luminous salmon-pink color. The refinement is very long and lasts almost 7 years, giving it a perfect expressive maturity and an aromatic endowment of great value. The light sugar dosage of 5 g/l allows it to maintain the freshness necessary to control a soft and velvety structure. The result is a unique and authentic Champagne of great value, which like every "Grand Vintage" leaves its mark and tells in every sip the work and passion of an illustrious maison, which since 1869 has stood out all over the world for its famous bubbles.

Features: It is distinguished by its pale salmon pink color with persistent bubbles.
The 2013 vintage is characterized by a particularly late cycle! The interminable winter gives way to a very timid spring. In fact, it was necessary to wait until the first days of June for the vineyards to reach full bloom. It hadn't happened in Champagne for a long time! Fortunately, the summer was radiant, with record sunshine and low rainfall, which favored the maturation of the Pinot noir and Chardonnay. The October harvest took place in a cool autumn climate which gave life to elegant wines of intense freshness. great "classics".

Colour pale pink, light and delicate. Brilliant, extremely fine and dynamic effervescence. Refined bouquet of freshly picked sour red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries) and flower petals with lemon notes. The perfumed fragrances delicately intertwine, in their purity and definition, gradually enriching themselves with nuances of fresh almond, bread and spices (cocoa beans). We are far beyond the bouquet, thanks to the perfect fusion of these shades with an ethereal hue. Intense, velvety and bewitching palate that stands out despite these aromas. The juicy and concentrated red fruits gradually lead towards the raspberry liqueur, supported by invigorating sugary citrus fruits. The harmony and delicacy are strengthened by the creamy effervescence which gives a concentrated and rounded sensation. The mineral freshness then stretches the material, which becomes vertical, calcareous, saline and sapid. an infinite sensation of acceleration due to the bright and pure calcareous soils.

SIZE / WEIGHT: Bottles of 0,75 l

ORIGIN: France.

GRAPES: 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay.

ALCOHOL: 12% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 8/10°C.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

PRODUCER: Louis Roederer - Reims, France.

A splendid and dry spring that flows into a scorching June; an autumnal summer, cool and rainy; a warm, sunny and very dry September. worthy of a month of August. The "key" of the vintage lies in the soil and in the work of the winemakers: the gypsum, rewarding because it is more draining, in the medium-lower area of the hill, has made it possible to eliminate excess water from the summer and limit its stagnation. viticultural practices are fundamental, increasingly virtuous, which allow us to go further in the search for the balance of the grapes and ripening.

Colour golden, decisive, bright and brilliant. Dynamic effervescence, incessant succession of clouds of bubbles. Intense bouquet, fragrant and of great purity.
