<p>The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo BIO Triple "A" DOC "Emidio Pepe" is a wine with a bright and slightly veiled straw yellow <strong>color</strong>, the <strong>aroma</strong> contains notes of fruit ripe whites, with dried fruit, sunflowers and clay, its <strong>taste</strong> is sapid and full in the mouth, with a pleasantly imprecise drink. Emidio Pepe's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is crushed with the feet, just like in the past, in wooden vats and is left to ferment spontaneously in vitrified cement tanks, where it will remain to refine for a few months.</p> <ul> <li><strong>The cellar:</strong> family-run by the Pepe family over the last few years it has become a clear and transparent example of standard-bearer of naturalness and craftsmanship. Still peasants at heart, with a passion for wine made as it once was, capable of combining the charm of the ancient with the evolution of the modern.</li> <li><strong>Advice:</strong> For to best appreciate this wine we recommend letting it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before tasting it and pouring it into a large glass, ideal for white wines with good structure and intensity, which need oxygenation to fully open up and develop the best own intense and complex aromatic endowment.
