<p>The Müller Thurgau Maso Warth "Moser" comes from a white vine that has found its ideal habitat on the terraces of the Cembra Valley. On these lands, all located at altitudes above 500 meters and exposed to strong solar radiation, the grapes ripen in a typically mountain climate, characterized by strong thermal excursions and the mitigating action of the Garda wind.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Pairings:</strong> It is a mountain wine that goes well with any type of frying, tempura prawns, but it is an excellent ally for an aperitif.</li> <li><strong>Features:</strong> Straw-yellow in colour, which gives off an intense and aromatic bouquet with floral hints. Peasant traditions, hard work, passion for the land, a combination of simplicity and modernity, our wines are the expression of these values. The deep relationship with our origins, the peasant tradition of our family, the contribution of the new generations strong in technical studies in the wine and business fields, the evolution of cultivation techniques and the constant technological updating in the winemaking processes are the principles that guide in our work. The production territories of our grapes are located on the steep slopes of porphyritic origin of the Cembra Valley, land of origin of the Moser family, and on the limestone and dolomite hills of the Adige Valley between Trento and San Michele all'Adige, breezy from the Ora del Garda.</p>

<p>Müller Thurgau is presented in a pale straw yellow color and impresses with its intriguing aroma, its pleasant notes of aromatic herbs, nutmeg and hints of apricot. The freshness of the wine gives youth and delicate structure to every sip. Drinkable aperitif and versatile accompaniment to light dishes.<br /> The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
