<p>The King of Flowers Braida has an Intense and penetrating flavor, when young it expresses marked fruity hints of citrus and green apple, assuming marked mineral nuances during aging in the bottle. On the palate it is fresh thanks to the marked acidity inspired by the high altitude at which the grapes ripen, it is sapid and of good concentration. Persistence is stimulating, juicy and stony. <p>Gewürztraminer releases all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious shades of bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this vine are reflected in its intensely aromatic bouquet, which ranges from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.<br /> Before fermentation there is a 6-hour maceration on the skins. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
