Trebbiano Spoletino Trebium...

Trebbiano Spoletino is a typical variety of the area that extends between Montefalco, Trevi and Spoleto; perhaps the name derives from "Trebium", Trevi in Latin. Intense straw yellow tending towards gold. Olfactory impact of great intensity and persistence; fruity and floral, almond blossom, hawthorn, citrus and tropical fruit can be recognized; slightly spicy finish. On the palate it is structured and very sapid. The large acidic structure, typical of Trebbiano Spoletino, blends in a perfect and surprising balance with the other elements. Excellent persistence and taste-olfactory correspondence.
