2011 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the Barberani farm. The life of our company has always been centered on two key figures of the family, Luigi and Giovanna, just as the history of our wines has always focused on their respective passions: the native vines of our territory and the "Muffa Nobile". The traditional varieties reflect the most ancient tradition of our lands and are able to give wines of great structure and complexity. The "Muffa Nobile" instead knows how to enhance the elegance and aroma of the grapes, in a voluptuous game of poetry and sensations. From the union of these two passionate visions was born "LUIGI E GIOVANNA", the most representative wine of this mutual love for wine and life.

SIZE / WEIGHT: Bottles of 0,75 l.

ORIGIN: Umbria.

GRAPES: Grechetto 90%, Trebbiano Procanico 10%.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°/18°.

STORAGE METHOD: Cool place away from sunlight.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent pairing with even complex first courses, shellfish, fish, mixed fried foods and white meats.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

PRODUCER: Societa' Agricola Barberani & C.

White Adamantis is a wine with a floral, citrus scent and a bouquet of aromatic herbs. The palate is dry, with a drinkability and freshness that express an excellent harmony of sensations. The harvest takes place manually with selection of the bunches in September. The vinification takes place by pressing the grapes without maceration with the skins at a temperature of 13/15°. The must is immediately clarified and the wine left for 2 months in steel vats with subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least 2 months. To be combined with fish first and second courses, white meats.

SIZE / WEIGHT: 0,75 l bottles

ORIGIN: Umbria.

FEATURES: White wine with an intense straw yellow colour.

GRAPES: Grechetto 60% and Trebbiano Spoletino 40% .

ALCOHOL:

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature between 4/8°.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.

PRODUCER: Borgese Agricultural Company Via Flaminia Maremmana 65, Fraz.
