This red capable of being remembered for its long and tasty finish comes from the vineyards of Valpolicella Classica. Delicate bouquet reminiscent of almonds and violets. The dry, soft and well-structured taste surprises the palate with a burst of cherries and plums.

Characteristics: Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a pleasantly aromatic wine, with a velvety and elegant structure, able to combine freshness and body in the glass, showing its best cards with its fruity fragrance. Ruby red, it releases aromas of ripe cherries, red flowers, anise, licorice and tobacco. Warm and soft but well supported by acidity, it has refined tannins and a nice persistence with fruity tones.

Pairings: Valpolicella definitely goes well with meat, remember that a tasty and substantial goes accompanied by an equally important wine.
