The Gavi of the municipality of Gavi Toledana, the maximum expression of the territory from which it takes shape, is the result of the Vigne Rade project. Due to its natural conformation, the vineyard has areas where the rows are more sparse and the fruits of the plants obtain more nourishment. By respecting the natural characteristics of the terroir in the vineyard and in the cellar, a wine with unique organoleptic notes is thus obtained: a white wine "for aging". Gavi from the municipality of Gavi Toledana, modernity and tradition in a single glass.

The taste is dry with good finesse and balance, fresh and persistent with a slightly almondy finish.
