Miele toscano di Rovo

Tuscan bramble honey, in its liquid state, has an amber color with greenish reflections. With crystallization, which occurs rather quickly, the color of the honey becomes more or less dark amber. On the nose it is very delicate and on the palate it has a dense consistency and a very rich and complex flavour. Pleasant to melt in the mouth.

STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature, away from sources of heat, light and humidity. Expiration date 18 months after packaging. The high sugar content naturally present in this product prevents bacterial multiplication and the deterioration process.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Ideal in the classic breakfast on rusks. Those who play sports consume honey. Before, during and after a competition, it fortifies muscles, increases resistance and promotes recovery.
