Born on the pleasant hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, from grapes harvested by hand in small baskets, vinified and sparkling according to the most modern technologies. <p>The Prosecco Treviso DOC brut Tiemo is elaborated with the Charmat method, which involves the natural refermentation of the base wine in large containers or autoclaves. Prosecco thus best expresses its aromatic and pleasant potential, typicality and freshness which make it a wine appreciated and requested by national and international consumers. It has very fine and persistent bubbles with straw yellow and greenish reflections. The floral aromas, with copious amounts of pear and Golden Delicious apple accents, linger on the harmonious and creamy palate. Excellent as an aperitif, with light vegetable canapés, fresh cheeses and baked white fish. The harvest takes place manually in September followed by the soft pressing and static decantation of the must. The primary fermentation takes place in steel at 18°C with selected autochthonous yeasts.
