Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Millesimato Astoria

Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Millesimato has a very fine-grained perlage, an intense, fruity aroma of peach and melon, a soft, full, harmonious, aromatic flavor by typicality. Born on the pleasant hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, from grapes harvested by hand in small baskets, vinified and sparkling according to the most modern technologies. The harvest takes place manually with the grapes in maximum chemical / organoleptic balance followed by a soft pressing. The primary fermentation is carried out in steel containers and before this ends the new wine is transferred to the autoclave for the second fermentation (20/25 days) which is followed by a period of about 15/20 days on the lees : this technique ensures a more fruity and characteristic sparkling wine in its aroma. Ideal for an aperitif, fish-based dishes or more simply for a convivial glass.
