Artemide rice is brown, crunchy, aromatic, black in color and gluten-free. For its production, which takes place in Casalbeltrame, in the Novarese area, Mondina uses exclusively Italian seed. Its flavor is intense and full-bodied, such that those who taste it for the first time are often so impressed that they no longer want to do without it.
Given its close relationship with Venere rice, it has a very high content of iron and silicon (the latter is very important for its antioxidant properties). The cooking time of this variety ranges from 35 minutes upwards, according to taste.
