The risotto with asparagus that we offer is a quick first course that can be prepared at any time. We bring autumn into your homes with a mix of Italian rice and asparagus. The sauce is ready, all you have to do is cook the preparation.
MODE OF USE: Brown the product in a pot with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and onion finely cut. Pour half a liter of hot water and add two ladles of vegetable broth during cooking. At the end of cooking, let it rest for a few moments before serving, adding a knob of butter and a sprinkling of cheese.
