<p>The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "Nerello" is a condiment obtained from the elaboration of grape musts from 7 selected vines and from fine wine vinegars. Preserved by the Protected Geographical Indication, the vinegar must be aged for at least two months in fine wooden barrels for the "refined" product, or for at least three years for the product defined as "aged". Before being bottled, the vinegar is analyzed by the CSQA control body which certifies its originality.</p> <p><strong>SPECIFIC NOTES:</strong> Balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
