il Classico” is a balsamic condiment of great versatility, both for use in cooking and directly raw. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is characterized by hints of ripe fruit and notes of licorice and black pepper. Ideal for vegetables, carpaccio, eggs, fish and white meat.

ORIGIN: Emilia Romagna.
INGREDIENTS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 98% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must. Contains sulphites.
STORAGE METHOD: The product can be kept at room temperature, even after opening.
