The maximum expression of a terroir extremely suited to the production of great red wines. This vineyard was born, several years ago, from the certainty of the high potential of our lands.

• Features: The type of planting of the vineyard has been studied with absolute attention to the product quality. The grassing naturally reduces the production per hectare, enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes. We take great care in selecting the best sprouts. The musts we obtain are rich and fruity. Their extreme concentration is natural, without artificial forcing, in total respect of the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes. Polvento is a symbol of intensity, elegance and extreme longevity.
• Pairings: The combination is ideal with grilled and spit-roasted red meats, game and game. Excellent with hard and aged cheeses.
