The Chianti Classico of Isole e Olena is a famous and traditional expression of Tuscany, aged for 12 months in barrels and barriques. The bouquet is fruity and floral, with notes of violets, roses and cherries. On the palate it is fresh, energetic and dynamic, with dense and balanced tannins.

• Characteristics: it has a ruby red color, with hints of berry fruits on the nose red, floral notes of violet and hints of aromatic herbs such as lavender and thyme. On the palate it is pleasant and full-bodied, characterized by a long finish, good freshness and a seductive aftertaste.
• Recommended pairings: meat-based first courses, red meat, large roasts, game, Tuscan pecorino and medium-aged cheeses.
