After being harvested, the prized black truffle is carefully cleaned, boiled, cut into slices and stored in its cooking water. This procedure does not alter but preserves the original characteristics of the precious tuber. The water found inside the jar is nothing but truffle juice, obtained by boiling the same.

INGREDIENTS: Precious Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.) 70%, Boiling water (Truffle Juice), Salt.

ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.

STORAGE METHOD: Room temperature, once opened keep in the fridge and consume within a few days.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 2 years.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: It can be used to prepare bruschetta, pasta, rice, eggs and it is also an excellent combination for main courses of meat or fish. It is recommended to combine it with butter or extra virgin olive oil. It is recommended to use truffle juice for the dressing. Recommended dose: 20 grams per person.
