Borlotti beans, also called dwarf beans, are easily recognizable: their pods are long and pinkish-red in color with brown spots. They require at least 12 hours of soaking and about 1 hour of cooking. Excellent for preparing stewed or pan-fried soups.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Borlotti-type beans . Soak 12 hours. Cooking for about an hour.
