Cotechino di Norcia has been prepared according to the traditional family recipe for three generations. It provides for the exclusive use of carefully selected national pork. They are coarsely ground and flavored with herbs and spices without the addition of polyphosphates. The vacuum packaging and the heat treatment to which it is subjected allow the cotechino to maintain its flavor and quality unaltered.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Vacuum-packed sausage made from lean and fatty parts of boiled pork.
INGREDIENTS: pork shoulder, pork cheek, rind, salt, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative E250.
STORAGE METHOD: Temperature between 0/4°C.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: The pairing at the end of the year with lentils is obviously famous, especially Castelluccio or Colfiorito, but it also goes very well with polenta.
