Champagne Brut Blason Rosé is a fresh and intense wine that perfectly represents, with its floral and refined style, the prestigious Perrier-Jouët maison. It is undoubtedly a refined delicacy, winner of medals and prizes all over the world, an object of desire for all lovers of champagne and good taste.

  • Composition: Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé Champagne Brut comes from the extraordinary assembly, in a single phase, of the broadest and most structured cuvées from around thirty crus, in search of perfection and balance. To create this magnificent rosé, the Chef de Cave Hervé Deschamps favors the Pinot Noirs of Ay and Vincelles, which make up 50% of the blend. The remainder is equally divided between Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, which has the merit of giving vivacity and freshness to the ample and elegant structure of Pinot Noir.
  • Features: The sensual soul and voluptuous, fresh and intense aroma of Blason Rosé Perrier-Jouët, combined with an irresistible aromatic profile in which the light and delicate hints of red fruits stand out, make this champagne unforgettable. Perrier Jouet's Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is revealed in the glass with an extremely fine and persistent perlage, and an intense yellow color. The nose is a sum of grape variety and interpretative style, and tastes of brioche bread, clarified butter and small pastries that combine with a delicate note of white flowers, in which hawthorn appears. The sip is creamy and filling, endowed with a rich substance that does not however give up a reviving dose of freshness and flavour.
  • Pairings: Ideal for cheering up weekend happy hours, it is to be combined with salmon carpaccio. Particularly suitable as a combination with raw or semi-raw dishes or with desserts and berries, for a unique and complete, artistic, sublime sensory experience.

Cellar History Perrier-Jouet

Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaïde Jouët shared a love of nature and the arts. She was a cultured young woman from a Norman merchant family; he is a masterful winegrower and botanist. A year after their marriage, in 1811 they founded the Maison Perrier-Jouët: born from their desire to create a different Champagne House. The founders' passion for art, nature and champagne has been handed down from generation to generation. Their son Charles Perrier, a botanist like his father, took over the Maison in 1848. The family philosophy of creative freedom and unconventional observation of nature is intrinsic to the history of champagne. These values still shape the Maison Perrier-Jouët today. Cuvée Belle époque A unique heritage Art Nouveau, inspired by the graceful and sinuous forms of nature, flourished throughout Europe in the late 19th century. The movement's exuberance and creative freedom paved the way for 20th-century avant-garde art. The ethos of Art Nouveau was to reinvent nature to re-enchant the everyday. The affinity of the Maison Perrier-Jouët with the Art Nouveau movement is best expressed by the emblematic anemone motif illustrated for the Maison in 1902 by Emile Gallé. Today, the Maison's lasting connection to art and nature translates into an extravagant universe that reinvents luxury as a meaningful experience with artistic collaborations.
