Franciacorta DOCG Alma Gran Cuvée Bellavista

It is the maximum expression of a project whose objective is the search for the pure essence of harmony, today it is the symbol of a tradition that wants to represent, in quality and typology, the most mysterious soul of the land of Franciacorta and the enological style of Bellavista.

• Expression of quality: For 40 years we have been working to prolong the aging time dedicated to the Alma gran Cuvée more and more, the time in fact it is our greatest ally in unfolding in a technique that we have elevated to a real art. the selection made in the vineyard finds full expression in the cellar where each single parcel is harvested separately to keep the biodiversity heritage sought in the vineyard intact and pure.
• Creation: mainly chardonnay grapes, then pinot noir and a small amount of pinot blanc. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting from numerous selections of the harvest and some "reserve" wines from previous years, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and the élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of adding intensity and complexity.
• Characteristics: The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, fine and continuous perlage. Wide and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is sapid and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on an aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.
