The Spumante brut dosè classic method "Scacciadiavoli" comes from the noble grapes of Montefalco that forget their typical roughness, giving a gentle energy and an unusual lightness. The brut rosé, after 36 and 24 months on the lees, reveals a crunchy freshness and refined tannins, with intense fruit notes. The ideal companion for a gastronomic journey that speaks of intensity, taste, strong and earthy flavors in the Umbrian land, but also of elegance and nobility.
Harvested in the first ten days of September, it is first vinified in steel tanks at a controlled following the classic method and then bottled "sur lies" for at least 24 months.
