A winery that needs no introduction, whose myth was born thanks to the intuition of one man, Giulio Ferrari, and the dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing with the best French Champagnes. The most famous sparkling wine of all, the one that designates the best Italian bubbles in the world, able to win the challenge of time and consecrate itself to myth.

• Procedure: One 100% chardonnay from the legendary Maso Pianizza cru, whose maturation on the lees lasts almost 10 years before a further stop in the bottle.
• Features: color bright yellow with slight golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses a bouquet of rare intensity and fragrance in which the fruitiness is in perfect harmony with the hints of honey, combined with notes of white chocolate, spices and citrus fruits. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a velvety and composite body: the fragrances of honey, acacia and ripe hay go well with the floral notes. The impact is noble and of great persistence. It presents an incredible kaleidoscope of perfumes, in which the fruity note is particularly persuasive. On entering the mouth, it amazes with the incredible richness of the aromas and the delicacy of the bubble, which caresses and envelops the palate thanks to a perfectly integrated freshness. A materic, noble and satisfying wine.
• Pairings: Splendid throughout the meal, it is recommended to pair it with a mozzarella in carrozza or with a large fish soup.

The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and from his dream of creating a wine in Trentino capable of competing with the best French Champagnes. He is a pioneer: he is the first to understand the extraordinary vocation of his land, he is the first to spread Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few highly selected bottles, with an obsessive cult of quality. Having no children, Giulio Ferrari looks for a successor to whom to entrust his dream. Among the many suitors he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli manages to increase production without ever compromising on quality. Bruno Lunelli passes on his passion to his children: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes the leader in Italy and the Italian toast par excellence. In these years some of the labels destined to make history see the light: they are the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. The third generation of the Lunelli family keeps the Ferrari dream alive. Marcello, Matteo, Camilla and Alessandro lead the company together with an extraordinary team with the aim of innovating in the wake of tradition, bringing Ferrari to the world as ambassador of the Italian Art of Living.
