Very versatile rosé. Made with only Sagrantino grapes. Harvest by hand, soft pressing of the grapes, within six hours of collection. First slow fermentation, at a controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas. Second fermentation and maturation on the lees strictly according to the Classic method with natural fermentation in the bottle, for at least 18 months.

ORIGIN: Umbria.
GRAPES: Sagrantino 100%.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 °/8°.
STORAGE METHOD: Cool place away from sunlight.
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
