Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC Elena Walch

Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC is a white wine with hints of ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of sage. Full-bodied in its minerality, it boasts a balanced flavor and an unexpected persistence on the palate. A wine of character and versatile combination.

• Procedure: In the vinification the grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers.
• Pairings: To be proposed as an aperitif, with pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, fondues and soufflées .

SIZE / WEIGHT: Bottles of 0,75 litres.

ORIGIN: Trentino Alto Adige.

FEATURES: White wine with brilliant shades of straw yellow.

GRAPES: 100% Pinot Grigio.

ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
