The Riesling Renano vineyard was one of the first to be replanted in Maso Warth in 1990 when Francesco moved the company headquarters there. The Trento hill with its dolomite soils guarantees sapidity and elegance to this wine.
- Procedure: The grapes harvested at Maso Warth are immediately pressed and the musts after usual clarification by decantation, the fermentation in steel begins. Once the wine has completely undergone alcoholic fermentation, it is transferred to large oak barrels to refine for around 8 months. It then ages in the bottle for at least a year.
- Characteristics: Riesling is the white wine par excellence for aging. This wine requires a few years of aging in the bottle to best express its characteristics. The notes reminiscent of exotic fruit over time give way to those petrolatum, distinctive of this vine. In the mouth, the great freshness ends with a long and salty finish.
- Pairings: Wine for the whole meal, excellent to combine with seafood.
