The Gran Selezione Gray, 80% Sangiovese enriched with ancient native varieties such as Abrusco, Pugnitello, Malvasia nera, Ciliegiolo and Mazzese which contribute to the complexity of the wine, keeping the elegance and expression of the San Felice terroir intact.
Alcoholic fermentation in steel, with maceration for 22 days at a temperature of 28-30° C.Each variety is vinified separately. Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood for 24 months. 50% 60-100 hl Slavonian oak barrels and 50% in 225 and 500 liter French oak barrels. Aging in the bottle for 8 months.

STORAGE METHOD: Cool place away from sunlight.
ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: It is a wine with a good structure, which therefore requires dishes with elaborate preparations. Perfect with red meats and medium-aged cheeses, it should be tried with roast pork loin.
