Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Monte S.Urbano Speri

It is one of the most significant Valpolicella Superiore wines in the area and is obtained from the grapes of the Monte Sant'Urbano vineyard. After a careful selection, the grapes are dried for about 20-25 days, giving concentration, richness in aromas and softness, which find the perfect balance after about two years of aging. It is a wine that strikes for its remarkable elegance and complexity.
