The process of vinification and refinement of Brunello di Montalcino In stainless steel containers and vitrified cement tanks at controlled temperature through cooling jackets and immersion plates. Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels from 20 to 75 hl for more than 2 years, followed by refinement in the bottle for more than 8 months.
On the palate we perceive notes of red berried fruit wrapped in a slight spiciness; the taste is warm, quite soft and very balanced. Full-bodied wine with moderately pronounced tannins and long taste-olfactory persistence
