Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC Elena Walch

Pinot Noir Elena Walch has a bright ruby color and is characterized by the aromas of red berried fruits, cherries and raspberries and a spicy note of white pepper in the background. On the palate it convinces with its decisive structure and its inviting sapidity, thanks to its delicate tannins, spicy aroma and fresh finish.
Long contact with the skins for a period of 10 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Malolactic fermentation follows and aging partly in large 22hl oak barrels and partly in steel.
