The Pinot Noir Re Noir "Lo Zoccolaio" comes from the vineyards owned by the estate, located in the Novello in Brolo area. It is produced with pure Pinot Noir. After the harvesting comes the stemming, soft pressing, followed by a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. This consists in leaving the must in contact with the skins for 10 days. After the drawing, the ideal conditions are created in the cellar for a perfect malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in French Barriques for 18 months and ages in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. For all steps nothing is overlooked; everything is done with respect for tradition but with the most modern methods and tools, to obtain a wine with an intense and full taste, of great satisfaction and persistence. To be served throughout the meal, it can easily be served with national menus, including international cuisine. The taste is intense and full, of great satisfaction and persistence.

Villa Lanata is a farm born to enhance the perfection of the Moscato and Chardonnay grapes that ripen on the rolling hills of the Langhe, in Cossano Belbo. The company takes its name from the splendid Villa that dominates the vineyard estate, on the hill called "la Rovere", once owned by Cardinal Lanata. The passion and dedication of the Martini family, and in particular the love for beauty that drives Eleonora Martini, have brought the building back to its former glory and have transferred architectural grace and elegance to the wines that the company produces. This estate includes vineyards cultivated with Moscato bianco and Chardonnay.
