Produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes, the Chianti Classico DOCG "Querciabella" comes from the hills around Greve nel Chianti, one of the most characteristic landscapes of Italian viticulture in the world. The grinding of the grapes takes place in 12 days, and, once the malolactic fermentation has been carried out, the wine is transferred to tonneaux and barriques, where it rests for about 14 months. With this product, the Querciabella farm gives voice to the main grape variety of this wine-growing area, Sangiovese, creating a superb wine, whose softness conquers from the first sip.
At sight it shows a color deep ruby red. On the nose there are hints of dried violets, red fruits, spices and more earthy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is soft, silky, fruity and fresh, with elegant and fine tannins.
