Le Difese Rosso Toscana IGT Tenuta San Guido

The wine is characterized by its good structure and its extreme softness which make it extremely pleasant and drinkable.
The fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature with a maceration that lasts for about 12 days both for Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. It is then aged for 12 months in French and American oak "barriques" and further for three months in the bottle.

ORIGIN: Tuscany.

GRAPES: 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16/18°C

ALCOHOL: 14% vol.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Soft and elegant, "Le Difese" is a red wine that is enhanced with large grilled meats. Also with a roast chicken with potatoes, at home.
