Montefalco Rosso DOC is a red wine with an intense, full and fragrant bouquet with hints of small red fruits, delicately spiced, given by the percentage of Sagrantino grapes that make a few large barrels. Full taste, harmonious body, savory. The harvest takes place manually with selection of the bunches in the first ten days of October. Vinification takes place with maceration in steel vats at 25° C with daily punching down and some pumping over. Short maturation in French wood and in the first few months bâtonnage only for the sagrantino that makes up the blend.

FEATURES: Red wine with a ruby red color with slight purple reflections.
GRAPES: Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Merlot.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.
