Ruby red with light violet reflections, the nose expresses typical notes of rather ripe fruit, cherry and plum, and hints that recall cocoa and chocolate. In the mouth it is flat, harmonious, well balanced by a certain freshness and a fairly soft tannin. It closes with a pleasantly fruity finish, of excellent persistence.
Alcoholic fermentation in steel, with 22-day maceration at a temperature of 28-30° C.Each variety is vinified separately. Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood for 24 months. 50% 60-100 hl Slavonian oak barrels and 50% in 225 and 500 liter French oak barrels. Aging in the bottle for 8 months.
