100% of Valpolicella Superiore wine is REPASSED on the incompletely pressed skins of Amarone. Skin-must maceration 12-15 days at uncontrolled natural temperature. Periodic replacements. racking. Malolactic fermentation. Transfer into 350 lt, 500 lt and 3500 lt French oak barrels. Maturation period 12 months. A Ripasso that does not dry the grapes.

Ruby red, elegant on the nose with notes of red fruits and spices and a fine aroma of wood. Full-bodied, balanced between tannins and acidity.

GRAPES: Corvina and Corvinone 85%, Rondinella 10% and Barbera 5%.
