Almond shortbread biscuits are raw biscuits made from shortcrust pastry and almonds cold-worked on stone, cut and packaged by hand.

INGREDIENTS: Soft wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine, egg, almond grains 10%, yeast, salt and flavourings. Soy and coconut vegetable oils, water. May contain traces of milk and other nuts.
STORAGE METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place.
AVERAGE EXPIRY: 4/5 months.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for breakfast with milk, coffee or tea. Also suitable as a snack with a fruit juice (organic nectar) or to combine with a Passito wine.
