Torcolato DOC passito is a sweet wine with an intense bouquet with notes of honey, flowers, vanilla and noble woods, it is sweet and full in the mouth, has a good body and an excellent balance between acidity and sugars, excellent pairing with small dry pastries or desserts. For those who like it, we recommend trying Torcolato with medium or long-aged cheeses, or blue cheeses with intense flavours.
