Tozzetti alle Mandorle

Tozzetti with almonds are typical Umbrian biscuits, softer than the Tuscan ones. They are not cut or processed by machine, but rather by hand and therefore subject to inequalities that testify to their craftsmanship.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Handmade biscuits without palm oil.

INGREDIENTS: SPELLED flour 25%, WHEAT flour, sugar, toasted ALMONDS, whole EGGS, margarine, honey, yeast, natural flavourings.

STORAGE METHOD: Keep in place fresh and dry.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 4/5 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for breakfast with milk, coffee or tea. Also suitable as a snack with a fruit juice (organic nectar) or to combine with a Passito wine.
