Traditional Piedmontese product, called precisely Canestrej bieleis in the Biella area, it is made up of crunchy wafers filled with very fine dark chocolate. Considered a "luxury biscuit", as it is exclusively handmade and produced in limited quantities. Its crunchiness combined with taste and friability gives a biscuit that is pleasant on the palate like few others: quality that goes well with typicality.

May contain NUTS, HAZELNUTS, EGGS, SESAME SEEDS.
STORAGE METHOD: Cool, dry place.
