Croccantini alle Nocciole

Some call them "Ugly but good", others "Nocciolini", they are irregular in shape, a little ugly to look at but very good, light and fragrant, very rich in top quality Italian hazelnuts. These classic traditional biscuits have become the "Croccanti" biscuits, due to their fragrance and because eating them, the sensation of crunchiness is the first thing that comes to mind.
