Trapani sea salt is obtained by letting the sea water evaporate inside large tanks located on the coast: the salt marshes. Therefore, there are three essential elements for the production of salt: sea water, the sun and the wind. Facing the Trapani coast in a suggestive setting of water, windmills and white pyramids that turn pink when the sun goes down, this will give your dishes an original and unique touch.

D's advice use: ideal for seasoning all types of raw meat, excellent when mixed with butter to season pasta and bruschetta, it enhances the flavor of eggs. it gives each dish a touch of class!
