Spaghetti alla Cacio e Pepe is one of the typical dishes of Roman cuisine. A dish of extreme simplicity which, however, can hide pitfalls. Not everything that appears simple actually is! We have created the Cacio e Pepe condiment for you, made with only genuine ingredients (toasted bread crumbs, pepper, cheese and herbs) which is perfect for creating a nice dish of "Cacio e Pepe" at home and feeling like in a traditional Osteria Romana!
MODE OF USE: Pour two tablespoons of product into a pan with extra virgin olive oil and fry for a few minutes. Cook the pasta and toss it in the pan with the sauce, adding a ladle of cooking water if necessary. Serve piping hot with a sprinkling of cheese.

INGREDIENTS: Toasted bread crumbs (type “0” soft wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), pepper 15%, powdered cheese 10% (milk, salt, rennet; Whey of milk), salt, onion, garlic, chilli pepper, mint.
