The organic Norcia pear jam is very versatile, so much so that it can be combined with rusks, cheeses or on bland bread. A real genuine preserve, rich in energy and low in fat. Its texture is creamy and irregular given its artisan manufacturing process.

ORIGIN: Umbria

INGREDIENTS: Pears and cane sugar. Fruit used 120gx100g, total sugars 45gx100g.

ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.

STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature; the opened jam must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks of opening.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 12/18 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent as an accompaniment to both fresh and aged cheeses.
