Made with an intense and sweet flavour, it has a ruby red colour. It has a gelatinous consistency and is an excellent accompaniment to any type of cheese, grilled meats and fried foods. The preparation of the compote is made with peppers from our green Umbrian hills.

STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature if the product is intact; the opened compote must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks of opening.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent as an accompaniment to both fresh and aged cheeses, this jam is also recommended combined with red meat dishes, such as boiled and roasted meats.
