A real gastronomic specialty dedicated to those who love balanced but gritty flavours. An extra ally in the kitchen to make every single pasta dish delicious. The preparation process involves a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by a first cooking (sautéed) adding the meat for browning, completing the cooking with the addition of the other ingredients. The product, still at boiling temperature, is packaged in glass jars. Subsequently we proceed to sterilization in an autoclave.

INGREDIENTS: Chianina beef IGP white veal from the central Apennine 48%, red chicory, onion, carrots, celery, red wine (sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, seasoned bacon 5% (meat pork, salt, pepper, garlic), natural vegetable stock cube (onions, courgettes, celery, carrots, salt, basil, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil), salt, garlic.
ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.
STORAGE METHOD: The product should be stored away from heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator between 0° and +4° C for 5 days.
