The Etruscan soup is a mix of split broad beans, purgatory beans, hulled peas, hulled red lentils all grown on the Colfiorito plateau. It is a very tasty dish that can also be considered a single dish given the concentration of nutritional factors present.

INGREDIENTS: Peeled split beans, purgatory beans, peeled split peas, red lentils, can contain traces of gluten.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: The Etruscan soup is rich in nutrients, excellent as a single dish to be served with croutons and extra virgin olive oil.
