Fruit nectar is the result of squeezing fruit with the consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. The grape nectar has a sweet, slightly acidic and refreshing taste.
